Payment Options: 

Shree Vishal Travels has a various option for the payment , which are mention below 

Cash payment :
If you are in the same city of our office located either you can have pay us through cash at our office or you can send your relative at your office for the payment or if you are in the radius of 10 km for the office then our office personal can also collect from our location..
 
Cheque payment:
If you would like to pay the amount through cheque then we have various option, the detail for the deposit bank will be send at the time of conformation of the services and detail will be send by email which is given for communication.
 
Credit card payment:
 We have also most update payment option. Our office is accepting all kind of credit cards, (VISA and MASTER). And the safes of all and powered by ICICI Bank. But the  card holder should be physically presence in our office burring the card transaction.
 
Transaction Confirmation:
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call centre.

Electronic Tickets ("e-Tickets")
 
What is an e-Ticket?
An e-Ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-Ticket.
 
How will I get my e-Ticket details?
Your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details will be given to you over the phone.

If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking on Shree Vishal Travels.com, please call a Customer Care Representative at: 
+91-2637-244748 (10 am to 08 pm IST) (All Networks). 
Shree Vishal Travels. shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.
 
Paper Tickets:
All GDS carrier (Air India, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, and JetLite) will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at the time of booking within 3 business days of making the booking. All the tickets would be couriered to you without any additional cost. Shree Vishal Travels shall not be held responsible if customer is not available at the time of delivery.
 
Is it necessary to show my Shree Vishal Travels Reference Number Confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the airline?
It is not mandatory to show your Shree Vishal Travels Reference Number Confirmation email. In case you are not carrying the Shree Vishal Travels Reference Number Confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your Shree Vishal Travels Reference Number Confirmation email and e-Ticket together.
 
Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?
Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by Shree Vishal Travels.com. In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, Shree Vishal Travels Online Pvt. Ltd will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from traveling.
 
How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?
You will need to show your e-Ticket confirmation email and e-Ticket number along with a photographic identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time.
 
Prepaid Ticket Advice ("PTA")
A PTA is a Prepaid Ticket Advice. We will give you a PTA number that you need to present at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will print and give you your ticket at that time.
 
Amendment and Cancellation policy:
To amend/cancel your ticket offline, contact Shree Vishal Travels Customer Care at   +91-2637-244748 (10 am to 08 pm IST)(From All Networks). For all offline cancellation a standard charge of Rs. 300 per passenger for Domestic and Rs. 500 per passenger for International , over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge will apply.

Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using Shree Vishal Travels Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.
 
How do I get a refund after canceling my ticket?
After canceling your booking, you will need to send us the paper ticket to the following address:

On receiving the ticket, the refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt. 

In case of e-Tickets and PTA, the refund shall be processed within 15 - 20 working days from the date of the cancellation request being made.Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket.
 
What are the cancellation/amendment charges?
Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked by you. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be to your account.

Except to the extent stated in the individual airline/carrier terms and conditions or otherwise applicable to specific tickets booked/issued, cancellation fee are payable as follows.

For all domestic and international bookings cancelled , standard cancellation charges as applicable by the airline shall apply. In addition, Shree Vishal Travels will charge Rs. 300 per passenger for domestic and Rs.500 per passenger for international booking as cancellation /amendment service fee from its customers for cancellation handled via our call center. 
The customer must read individual airline specific terms and conditions in order to find out if the ticket proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge and Shree Vishal Travels assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard. 

Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact Shree Vishal Travels for refunds and the airline will not refund your tickets booked 

The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline. Refund would be through cheque or demand draft.

In case you avail of the Website's hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by you will stand cancelled and Shree Vishal Travels would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard. 

Shree Vishal Travels.com reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.

In case of dispute with any party, Shree Vishal Travels.com’s decision will be binding and final.
